By accessing or using any MetricLabs application or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

If you are using our services on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" refers to both you individually and the entity you represent.

MetricLabs provides software applications designed for the Shopify platform. Our apps help merchants with analytics, accessibility compliance, store optimization, and related functionality. The specific features and capabilities of each application are described on their respective listing pages.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that may affect your use of our applications.

When you install one of our Shopify apps, an account may be created for you automatically using information from your Shopify store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when setting up your account and to keep that information up to date. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access our services without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
• Use our services in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these acceptable use provisions.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and source code, are the exclusive property of MetricLabs or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our applications solely for your internal business purposes in connection with your Shopify store. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or distribute our software.

You retain ownership of all data and content that you provide through our services. By using our applications, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MetricLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to MetricLabs for the applicable service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our services.

You may stop using our services and uninstall our applications at any time. Upon uninstallation, your right to use the applicable service will cease immediately.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before or promptly after any such action.

Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through our applications or by email.

Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue your use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MetricLabs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in our jurisdiction.
